ORDERS

How to make a purchase

Select the size you want by clicking on the one you want, then "add to cart" and proceed to checkout from the "cart." Create your account or make a purchase as a "guest" by entering an order reference email. Enter or confirm your shipping address. Be sure to include all the information the courier will need in the "additional information" section, such as the name on the doorbell. Fill in the credit card section or, if already entered, select the one you wish to use. To complete your order, click the "Confirm and pay" button.

If your payment was successful, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you registered on the Rogers Peet Company website. If you don't see it, try checking your spam folder. You can also check all your order details by logging into your account directly.

Payment Methods

On the rogerspeetcompany.com website you can pay with your credit card securely thanks to the integrated Stripe payment system, one of the most secure online platforms used in the world.

Safety

Your card details are processed using SSL security. When completing your order, 3DS authentication will be used, and you will be redirected to your bank's website. To complete your order, follow the required steps. The platform used for online payments is Stripe, one of the most secure and widely used in the world.

Do you want to delete or change your credit card information?

If you wish to pay with a different credit card than the one used for your last purchase, you can select a new credit card, fill in the required fields, and complete the new order.

SHIPMENTS

Shipping costs

Shipping is free. Cash on delivery shipments always cost €10.

Shipping times

Orders are shipped by GLS the same day if purchased before 1 p.m., and will be delivered the next business day. If purchased on a Saturday or Sunday, they will be processed on Monday. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number in the "My Orders" section. Shipping to islands and remote areas will be delayed by one day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Is it possible to make a return?

You can return purchased products within 14 days of the package's delivery date. The return fee is €6 for shipments within Italy and €20 for shipments within Europe.

The refund will be made once the returned product's condition has been verified. If the returned product is intact and in perfect condition, the customer will receive a credit directly to their account.

The product has a tag attached and if this is removed, the item cannot be returned.

Exchange of Goods

You can request an exchange by contacting us directly at +39 (?) or by emailing rogerspeetcompany@gmail.com. Shipping for the replacement item is free. If it doesn't fit and is returned permanently, shipping will cost €6.

Return procedure

Returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, you will need to enter the section of the order to be returned and select "Make a Return"

The customer will receive an email with the waybill to attach to the package and must take it to a GLS point, or wait for the courier as agreed during the return procedure.

It is advisable to use the same packaging in which the parcel was shipped; if this is not possible, use equally protective packaging.

Remember to always take a photo of the label you attach to your return or write down the tracking code and keep it until your refund has been processed.

Once the return has been received in-store and its integrity has been assessed, rogerspeetcompany.com will initiate the refund process based on the type of payment made.
